Ski passes, including day tickets, are issued as key cards for a € 3 deposit, refunded at any ticket desk.
TIP: multi-day tickets (from 2 days) are valid from 3.00 p.m. the previous day.

Excerpt from the General Conditions of Tariffs
- Ski tickets are non-transferrable. Misuse will result in the withdrawal of the skipass authorization and will be punished with a fine of at least € 50,00
- Forgotten or lost ski tickets will not be replaced.
- No refunds for day and half-day tickets ot in the event of bad weather, closure of individual lifts or ski areas, early departure or interruption.
- Reduced pistes and lifts do not entitle a skipass discount.
- A refund can only me made in the event of a sports injury with a medical certificate from a local doctor/hospital and immediate deposit of the multi-skipass at one of the main cash desks.
- For rescue and transport after an accident on the slopes, a rescue fe of € 150,00 must be paid.
- Skipasses are only valid during operating hours (as posted). For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use the ski slopes themselves or any of the facilities in the ski areas outside of operating hours. For your safety: slopes are closed from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Multi-day tickets are only valid on consecutive days.
- Information about special prices (groups of 20+ people, disabled, etc.) upon request.
Information according to § 24 DSG 2000
We draw your attention to the fact that in order to monitor access, a photo of reference of the ski ticket holder is made when first crossing the turnstile, where a camera is mounted. The photo of reference is compared to the photos taken by the ski-lift staff at every further crossing of a turnstile equipped with a camera. The photo of reference is deleted once the ski ticket’s validity ceases, and any other photo is deleted 30 minutes after crossing the respective turnstile. We also wish to inform you that ski tickets that are configured in such a way that no photo is taken when crossing a turnstile are available, but in that case you will have to face random checks by the ski-lift staff.
