"FAGERALMBAHN"

Children's and family paradise gets new gondola lift!

Under the motto "Speed out, pleasure in!", a modern 8-seater "Fageralmbahn" gondola lift will take guests up to the sunny high plateau in just 12 minutes from the coming season. The new lift replaces the Forstaubahn and Jägerlift double chairlifts, offers more comfort for families and hikers and is also sustainable thanks to the takeover of parts of the Grossarl lift. Essential parts such as the control system, motor, gearbox, rope and additional new supports and cabins will be newly purchased. The investment costs amount to around 12 million euros. Construction will start in April 2025 once approval has been granted.
