When **winter** gives its all once again and **spring** is already quietly knocking on the door, one of the most beautiful times of the year begins on the [Reiteralm](https://www.reiteralm.at/de/aktivitaeten/skifahren/skiberg-reiteralm): **skiing in the sun**. In the morning, the **piste** shines like freshly ironed, hard and fast - ideal for sporty turns. Towards midday, the firn snow becomes softer, the skiing style more relaxed and the breaks longer. You can meet up on the terraces of the [ski huts](https://www.reiteralm.at/de/inspiration/huetten-und-kulinarik) under a clear sky, enjoy regional delicacies, a cool drink - and the feeling that you are in the right place at the right time. **Spring** on the **Reiteralm** is more than just a season - it's a way of life. The air is clear, the light soft, the mood relaxed. Between the white [pistes](https://www.reiteralm.at/de/info-und-service/bergbericht) on the mountain and the slopes awakening to nature during the day, nature shows itself in the interplay of the elements - and every turn becomes a small celebration. **Sun skiing** on the **Reiteralm** means: feeling freedom, soaking up the warmth, enjoying winter - with a hint of spring in your heart.
